浅谈问题型教学法在肾病综合征理论教学中的应用

摘要 为了改变传统教学模式,提高肾内科教学效果,本次教学研究针对肾病综合征的学习特点,根据教育心理学理论,以临床医学专业本科医学生为研究对象,在肾病综合征理论教学中对学生实施问题型教学法,采用新型的教学效果评价观念,通过课堂观察、问卷调查和理论考试的手段,对不同水平学生的教学效果进行评价,结果发现问题型教学法对不同水平学生的学习态度、学习能力、思维能力和学习成绩均有不同程度的影响,其中优、中水平学生有明显影响,对差生的影响不明显。
