摘要
多年研究表明,利用现有的切削理论,已经无法再成十倍的提高切削速度。一种新的超高速铣削理论被提出,它的思想是:一方面利用挤压变形和摩擦,提高工件切削区的温度,使工件的强度和硬度显著下降;另一方面,设法保持刀具的温度在300℃以下,使硬度保持不变;从而实现了刀具硬度与工件硬度比的大量增加,实现了 vc=8 500 m/min超高速铣削。本理论已经生产验证,表明本理论的正确性。
