摘要 随着汽车社会保有量的增多 ,使得立体停车系统成为社会的必然需求。根据这一发展趋势 ,作者在查阅大量国内外资料的基础上 ,分析了高层停车系统的设计瓶颈 ,对钢结构系统、机械传动系统提出模块化设计思路 ,完成了基于特征的、面向工程的高层停车系统结构、机械、电拖、控制、管理、作业仿真的设计分析与绘图软件“PARK”。软件全部采用VisualBasic6 .0语言编制 ,根据系统集成的原则和方法 ,实现了VB与SAP ,VB与AutoAD以及工程数据库信息流的链接和集成。整个CAD/CA软件在Windows98平台上运行 ,界面友好 ,操作简便 ,可视化程度高 ,可应用于企业的产品设计和技术投标。 With the continuous growing of automobiles, high layer parking system,as a rising industry, will become social necessary demand. Based on this trend, the design bottleneck of high layer parking system was analyzed. A modularized design thought for steel structure system and machinery transmission system was put forward and a design, analysis and plot software PARK system for high layer Parking system that includes structure, machines, electric drive, computer control, management and work emulation was developed, which is feature based and can be quadric exploited. The software is worked out by visual basic6.0(VB) language, which includes system designing module, finite element parameterization modeling and post processing module, SAP solving module, parameterization plotting module, and engineeing database. Based on the thought of system integration, the link between VB and SAP, VB and AutoCAD R14 for windows as well as relative information flow were realized. The CAD/CAE software can run under windows 98 circumstance, the interface of the software is so friendly and visualization. It can be widely used in factory or company to meet practical needs of design and production.
