The Nursing Experience in the Treatment of ^(125)I Radioactive Seed for Recurrence Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Patients

目的总结应用放射性125I粒子治疗放疗后复发鼻咽癌患者的护理体会。方法回顾性分析从2007年1月至2010年12月在我科接受放射性粒子125I植入治疗的40例放疗后复发鼻咽癌患者的护理要点。结果 40例患者治疗后均无严重术后并发症。32例伴有不同程度疼痛,术后随访2年28例患者生活质量良好。结论放射性粒子125I治疗放疗后复发鼻咽癌是一种安全、有效的方法,可作为鼻咽癌的一种补充治疗手段。规范有效的护理能有效改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience in the treatment of125I radioactive seed for recurrence nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients. Methods The main points of nursing for 40 cases of recurrence nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients treatment of125I radioactive seed in our department from January 2007 to December 2010.Results 40 patients had no serious postoperative complications after treatment,32 patients with varying degrees of pain,28 patients had a good quality of life in 2 years follow-up.Conclusion The treatment of125I radioactive seed for recurrence nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients is a safe and effective measure,which can be used as a complementary treatment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and a normative and effective system of nursing can improve the quality of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients′life.
