妇科恶性肿瘤腹腔镜手术并发症的预防和治疗

Prevention and Treatment of Complications of Laparoscopic Operation of Gynecology Malignant Tumor

目的本文主要分析妇科恶性肿瘤腹腔镜手术并发症的预防和治疗。方法收集从2011年10月至2012年10月本医院收治的80例进行妇科恶性肿瘤腹腔镜手术患者临床资料,进行回顾性分析。结果之前采取开腹手术方法,出现机械性损伤8例、肠管损伤6例、泌尿系统10例、损伤神经损伤4例。手术并发症总的发生率为35.00%。经过腹腔镜方法治疗后,机械性损伤3例、肠管损伤2例、泌尿系统5例、损伤神经损伤1例,手术并发症总的发生率为13.75%。治疗前后,患者手术并发症总的发生率,对比显著,具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术优势在于创伤面积比较小,机体疼痛程度比较小,所需要的住院时间和恢复时间比较短,值得临床推广。

ObjectiveThis article mainly analyzes the prevention and treatment of complications of laparoscopic operation of gynecology malignant tumor.MethodsTo collect clinical data of laparoscopic operation in patients with gynecological malignant tumors from 2011 October to 2012 October in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed in 80 cases.ResultsAdopts the method of open operation, mechanical injury（8 patients, 6 patients with bowel injury and 10 cases of urinary system damage, nerve damage in 4 cases. Surgical complications the total incidence was 35.00%. After laparoscopic treatment, mechanical injury（3 cases）, intestinal canal injury in 2 cases, nerve injury in 5 cases, urinary system injury in 1 case, surgical complications in the total incidence was 13.75%. Before and after treatment, the incidence of surgical complications in patients with general, comparative signiifcantly, with statistical signiifcance（P〈0.05）.ConclusionLaparoscopic operation advantage lies in the wound area is relatively small, relatively small body pain, need hospitalization time and recovery time is short, is worth the clinical promotion.
