舌针治疗脑性瘫痪60例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Effect of 60 Cases of Cerebral Palsy Treated with Tongue Acupuncture

目的观察舌针治疗脑瘫的疗效。方法将60例脑瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用舌针治疗,对照组采用普通针刺治疗。治疗前后分别用粗大运动功能量表(GMFM)和儿-心量表评价疗效。结果治疗前,两组患儿无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗3个月后,两组患儿有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论舌针可有效改善小儿脑瘫的运动及认知功能。

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of children with cerebral palsy treated with tongue acupuncture.Methods60 cases of cerebral palsy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each. The treatment group was treated by tongue acupuncture therapy, the control group was treated by normal acupuncture treatment. Pre and post treatment, GMFM and pediatric-psychological mental test were compared respectively. ResultsBefore treatment, there was no signiifcant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）, after 3 months of treatment, patients of the two groups had a signiifcant difference（P〈0.05）.ConclusionTongue acupuncture can effectively improve the motor and cognitive function of children with cerebral palsy.
