双歧三联活菌散治疗小儿腹泻的临床应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨双歧三联活菌散对危重患者抗生素相关性腹泻的预防作用。方法选取2011年5月至2013年5月我院婴儿腹泻的120例危重患者,在补液抗感染的治疗基础上,根据抗感染治疗时是否加用双歧三联活菌散,分治疗组和对照组,两组疗程均为72 h,比较两组腹泻的发生情况。结果配以双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗的治疗组可明显缩短止泻时间,总有效率96.67%,效果均显著好于对照组。结论双歧三联活菌散具有调节菌群失衡,抑制肠道内治病菌生长的作用,治疗小儿腹泻疗效显著。且此类药物起效快、疗效佳、成本低廉,适合在临床实验室中大力推广应用。 ObjectiveTo investigate the preventive effect of Lactobacillus and Enterococcus capsules on critically ill patients of antibiotic-associated diarrhea.Methods120 cases of critically ill patients from 2010 January to 2013 May in our hospital for treatment of infantile diarrhea were selected, on base of anti-infection in lfuid infusion, according to whether the anti-infective therapy combined with Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Powder, they were divided into treatment group and control group, two groups were treated for 72 h, diarrhea incidence of two groups were compared.ResultsTreatment group with lactobacillus and enterococcus powder in the treatment could be signiifcantly shortened the time to check diarrhea, the total efifciency was 96.67%,the effect were signiifcantly better than the control group.ConclusionLactobacillus and enterococcus capsules can regulate the intestinal lfora imbalance, inhibit bacteria growth within the function, curative effect in the treatment of infantile diarrhea is signiifcant. And this kind of medicine has characteristics of rapid onset, good curative effect, low cost, it is suitable for popularizing and applying in clinical laboratory.
