Advances in Nursing Care of Patients with Stroke

脑卒中因其高病死率、高发病率、高致残率,已成为危害我国人民健康的重要疾病。急性期救治率的提高,更加导致了致残率的增加,大多数存活患者遗有不同程度的运动和认知功能、心理或情感障碍,给社会和家庭带来的沉重负担。我国护理从院前急救,到院中护理,及出院后的康复护理进行积极探索,促进了脑卒中护理的进展,提高了患者的生活质量。

Stroke has become an important disease threating the health of the people of our country because of its high fatality rate, high morbidity and high disability rate. With the increase of the cure rate, it leads more serious disability rate. There exist inordinately disability of movement, cognitive, psychological and emotional function among most of the survivals. As a result, it brings heavy burden to our society and family. The nursing of our country is positively exploring, ranging from prehospital medical care, court nursing and the rehabilitation nursing after discharge, which promotes the development of the nursing of the stroke, and improving the quality of life of the paralytic.
