摘要
目的为改进护理服务,提高护理质量,特别是提高对ICU患者的病情观察和护理,结合原有表格进行改进,以提高护理质量和工作效率。方法结合各项规章制度以及规范,根据专科实际情况制定使用方便的重症护理记录单。结论经过近两年的应用,此表格简单明了,节省护士书写时间,明显提高了护理质量。
Objective To improve nursing service and the quality of nursing, especially the observation and nursing of ICU patients, Combined with the original form according to the original form, improved the nursing quality and work efficiency.
