摘要
分析了车辆的制动过程 ,阐述了制动力矩、制动减速度与地面附着系数之间的关系。针对工程车辆低速、重载、制动频繁的工况特点 ,提出了使用防抱装置提高制动效能的必要性。
This paper analyses dynamic feature of vehicle brake and expounds relations between brake torque,brake deceleration and adhesion coefficient on road surface.According to the working condition of the fork lift truck under lower velocity,heavy load and frequent brake,the necessity of adopting mechanical antilock brake system(MABS)is put forward to improve brake efficiency.
