内镜下高频电凝固术治疗Barrett食管34例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 34 cases of the treatment of endoscopic high frequency electric coagulation for Barrett esophagus

目的：探究内镜下高频电凝固术治疗Barrett食管的临床疗效．方法：68例Barrett食管患者随机分为观察组及对照组，每组各34例，其中对照组采用质子泵抑制剂治疗，观察组在此基础上实施内镜下高频电凝固术（HFE）治疗，对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果．结果：在治疗后第3、12个月复查显示，观察组有效率均为100％，未见复发患者；对照组有效率分别为23．5％及47．1％，与观察组比较存在明显差异性，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）．结论：内镜下高频电凝固术治疗Barrett食管疗效确切，且操作简单易行，复发率低，值得推广．

AIM： To explore the clinical curative effect of endo- scopic high frequency electric coagulation in treating Barrett esophagus. METHODS： 68 patients with esophagus Barrett were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group contained 34 cases. The control group was treated with proton pump inhibitors, the observation group based on the implementation of endoscopic high frequency electric coagulation technique （HFE） treatment, compared two groups of patients with the clinical therapeutic effect. RESULTS： After treatment, the result of review on third and twelfth months showed the effective rate of observation group both were 100%, no recurrence patients. The effectiveness of control group were respectively 23.5% and 23.5%, which compared with the observation group existing obvious difference and statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION ： Endoscopic treatment of high frequency electric coagulation Barrett esophagus has good curative effect, simple operation and low recurrence rate. It is worth to promote in clinical application.
