Development of a High Precision Contact Wirerope Tension Sensor

介绍一种高精度接触式钢索张力测定传感器 ,通过对该传感器工作原理的研究 ,建立钢索张力测定计算模式。实验结果表明 ,该传感器结构简单、测力方便、精确度高 ,便于工程实际应用。

A high precisiion contact wirerope tension meter is introduced.The principle for cable tension sensor is analyzed.The formula for determination of cable tension is deduced.The experimental results demonstrate that the sensor has many advantages such as simple structure,convenient determination,high precision and so on.
