摘要
介绍了铁电薄膜材料热释电系数的测量原理和电路 ,着重设计了PA级前置放大电路 ,并对PLT铁电薄膜样品进行了测试。
This paper introduced the measurement principle and circuit of the pyroelectric coefficient in ferroelectric thin film materials. Especially preamplifier circuit of PA current was designed and the sample of PLT ferroelectric thin film has been measured.
