从研究"精英治国"的新加坡以政府的理工学院和工艺教育学院为教育主体,构建了新型的"校内教学工厂"、"工读双轨计划"等职业教育模式入手,深入分析新加坡校企合作的优势,探索适合我国国情的高等职业示范校和骨干校建设的意见。

Highlighting elite administration, Singapore treated the government-funded polytechnics and institutesof technical education as the mainstream education, constituting new types of vocational education modes suchas ＂on-campus teaching workshop＂ and ＂ learning through doing program＂ , which provide experiences andrevelation to the development of the model vocational college and key vocational colleges in China.
