高职大学生职业素养体系的构建初探

职业素养是职业人的根基、内核和灵魂。高职教育不仅要培养高职大学生立岗履职的专业技能和执业资格,更要塑造大学生立足社会、为人处事的名节风骨、人性蕴涵与境界精神。本文通过高职人才培养机制的诠释和大学生职业素养结构的内涵分析,探索构建系统化协同化项目化的高职特色大学生职业素养体系。

For the professionals, professional quality is the foundation, and the core and soul as well. Highervocational education should not only cultivate students＇ professional skills and qualifications to fulfill theirresponsibilities, but also shape them to be a man of dignity with humanity implications and mental realm whenestablishing themselves in their community dealing with others. This paper explores how to construct the collegestudents＇ job orientation system with the higher vocational characteristics cooperatively and systematically in aproject through interpreting the higher vocational talents＇ training mechanism and analyzing the connotation of collegestudents＇ professional quality structure.
