凋亡抑制因子Survivin的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 Survivin是凋亡抑制因子家族的新成员,是迄今发现的最强大的凋亡抑制因子。Survivin兼有调节细胞周期和抑制细胞凋亡的双重作用,对细胞存活至关重要;Survivin在正常组织和肿瘤组织中的差异性表达,能准确反映肿瘤分级、淋巴转移、放化疗的疗效、复发倾向及预后。
