摘要
目的:测定丹田胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA含量。方法采用高效液色谱法(HPLC)测定制剂中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。选择C18柱,以甲醇-水(73:27)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为270 nm。结果丹参酮ⅡA在0.016256-0.325120μg/ml的范围内线性关系良好, Y=33.8899 X+35.5178, r=0.99994(n=5),平均回收率为102.5%, RSD为1.4%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于该制剂的含量质量控制。
Objective To determinate tanshinone ⅡA content in Dantian Capsule. Methods The tanshinoneⅡA content in this medicine was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The methanol-water(73:27)solution was used as the mobile phase, the column was C18, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The detective wavelength was at 270 nm. Results Tanshinone showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.016256-0.325120μg/ml, Y=7645.44538X=6.10968, r=0.99994(n=5). The average recovery was 102.5%with RSD of 1.4%(n=6). Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be applied to the quality control for this preparation.
