教育心理艺术在高校思想政治教育工作中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Educational Psychology in College Ideological and Political Education

新形势下,高校思想政治教育工作存在很多问题和挑战,如何应对挑战是思想教育工作者亟待解决的问题。教育心理艺术给教育工作者提供了一种有别于传统思想教育工作的方法,其在思想教育中具有独特的优势。教育心理艺术在高校思想政治教育工作中的应用主要有:情感激励艺术、共情艺术、倾听和情景设计艺术、群体心理和暗示艺术,合理运用教育心理艺术能使高校思想政治教育工作达到事半功倍的效果。

Under the new situation, there are a lot of problems and challenges in college ideological and political education, so how to deal with the challenges is an urgent problem to be solved. Educational psychology has provided a method different from tra-ditional methods of ideological education, so it has a unique ad-vantage in ideological education. The application of educational psychology in college ideological and political education are mainly as follows：the art of emotional motivation, the art of em-pathy, the art of listening and situation design, the art of group psychology and implication. To make rational use of educational psychology can help achieve a multiplier effect in college ideo-logical and political education.
