Construction and Exploration of Higher Vocational College Teaching Staff

人才培养的关键在于师资。高职院校师资队伍普遍存在教师结构不合理、缺乏专业学科带头人、科研型教师队伍不成熟、"双师"型教师比例偏低以及新教师比例偏高等问题。本文就高职院校教师制度改革、调整师资队伍结构、强化教师技能培养以及师德师风建设等方面进行了初步探讨,旨在打造一支优良的高职院校师资队伍,培养高素质人才。

The key of cultivating talents lies in teaching staff. The spreading problems of higher vocational college teacher teams are irrational structure, lack of professional academic leaders, imma-ture research-based faculty, low ratio of ＂double-qualification＂teachers and the high proportion of new teachers. This paper pre-liminarily explored the reform of higher vocational college teacher system, the adjustment of faculty structure, th e strengthening of teachers＇ skill development, and the construction of teachers＇ ethics and styles, aiming to build a team of excellent higher voca-tional college teachers and train high-quality talents.
