The college-enterprise cooperative talent cultivation mode involves many stakeholders, therefore, to establish an ef-fective college-enterprise cooperative talent cultivation mode, stakeholders in the cooperation should be first analyzed. Only on the basis of the cooperation point which benefits relevant stake-holders can the construction of the talent cultivation mode be ra-tional, thus ensuring its efficacy.
