The Potential Utilization Value and Management of Scientific Research Archives

科研档案是高校在长期教育实践中积累的宝贵资料,由多个专业领域教师共同参与编制与处理,最后形成档案形式的资料数据库。伴随着我国高等教育事业全面化发展时代的到来,对高校科研档案资料深度挖掘与利用,能够对专业课程教育给予专业性的工作引导。本文分析了教育科研档案资料内容及其潜在利用价值,从档案管理准则及管理方法提出综合性对策。

Scientific research archives are valuable information database accumulated in long periods of educational practice, being compiled and processed by teachers from multiple fields. Along with the comprehensive development of China＇s higher ed-ucation, the development and utilization of university scientific research archives can offer a guidance for professional course ed-ucation. This paper analyzed the content of scientific research archives and its potential utilization value, and proposed compre-hensive countermeasures from the standards and methods of archives management.
