素质教育视野下的高等学校体育教学改革研究

Research on Sports Teaching Reform in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Quality-oriented Education

在素质教育的视野下,学校体育既可以被称为内容,还可以被称为手段。而体育教学对学校体育目标的顺利实现有着重要的作用。学校体育教学不仅可以让学生学习到生存的手段,还可以在学生社会化的基础上加强其个性的发展。除此之外,还有利于培养学生的思想道德品质和整体素质。通过对教育思想的转变,来更好地树立素质教育观念,并对学生的价值观以及体育观进行有效的培养,并构建以终身体育为首要目标的体育教学指导思想。通过针对素质教育视野下所要求的任务,对高校体育教学的策略和手段进行改革和完善,并实现从应试教育转变为素质教育的教学模式。

In the background of quality-oriented education, uni-versity sports can be called a content, as well as a means. Sports teaching plays an important role in the successful realization of u-niversity sports goals. University sports teaching can not only teach students the means for survival, but also enhance their in-dividual development based on their socialization. Besides, it is also conducive to the cultivation of students＇ ideological and moral quality and comprehensive quality. Through the transfor-mation of education ideas, we can better establish the idea of quality education, and effectively cultivate students＇ values and outlook on sports, thus constructing the guiding thought for sports teaching with lifelong sports as the primary goal. Based on the tasks required by quality-oriented education, we reform and im-prove university sports teaching strategies and means, and realize the transformation from examination-oriented education to quali-ty-oriented education.
