科技时代的到来,教育的现代化,将会引发高校体育技术课的全面改革。通过CAI教学,探索普通高校体育技术课现代化教学的方法、特点、手段以及教学实验的成果。CAI教学具有很多优点,它具有更加科学性、直观性、高效性和易操作性,能够突出教学的重点,使学生加快对运动动作原理的理解,培养学生的理解能力和解决问题的能力,CAI教学符合体育技术课的要求,为高校体育技术课的改革提供了科学的方法与手段。

The advent of the science and technology times and the modernization of education will arouse a comprehensive reform of sports technique course in colleges and universities. Through CAI teaching, this paper explored the methods, characteristics, means and teaching experiment results of modernized sports teaching in colleges and universities. CAI teaching possesses a lot of advan-tages, and it is more scientific, intuitive, efficient and easies to use, so it can highlight teaching key points, accelerate students, understanding of sports movement principles, and cultivate stu-dents, abilities of understanding and solving problems. CAI teaching conforms to the requirements of sports techniques course, having provided scientific methods and means for the re-form of sports technique course in colleges and universities.
