Research and Practice on the Cultivation of Higher Vocational Students' Core Competence of Occupation

高职院校肩负着培养高等技术应用型人才的根本任务,高素质高技能是对高职人才的基本要求。其中,职业核心能力的培养是一个重要方面,文章在明确核心能力含义的基础上,结合本院实际做法,提出了培养职业核心能力的方法和途径。

Higher vocational colleges shoulder the fundamental task of cultivating talents in advanced technology application. High skill is the basic requirement for higher vocational students. The cultivation of core competence of occupation is an important aspect. Based on the explicit meaning of core competence, combined with the actual practice of our college, this paper puts forward some methods and ways to cultivate the core competence of the occupation.
