摘要
本研究采用问卷调查法,以南海东软信息技术学院为例,探讨了影响高职学生学习倦怠的原因并提出了相应的对策和建议。结果显示,自身因素仍然是影响学生学习倦怠程度最重要的因素,其次是学习压力和学校因素,社会和专业因素影响较小。建议从提高学生学习兴趣,培养良好的学习习惯;增强自我效能感;实施多样化的教学模式;优化课程设置;提高教师素养五方面提高学生的学习积极性,降低学习倦怠水平。
Questionnaire was used to study the reasons of learning burnout of higher vocational college students. The research shows that: (1) Self conditions are the most important factor. (2) Study pressure and school-related factors are also very important. (3) Social-related factors and major have little influence. Five mea-sures are also put forward to improve students, learning initiative and decrease the level of learning burnout, including the im-provement of students, learning interest, the training of good learning habit, the enhancement of self-efficacy, the implemen-tation of diversified teaching models, the optimization of curricu-lum setting, and the improvement of teachers, quality.
