Exploration on the Training Model of Higher Vocational Students' Intercultural Communicative Competence

随着经济全球化的不断深入,高职学生跨文化交际能力越发重要。本文从高职教育对跨文化交际能力的需求入手,分析了培养原则,深入探究了多维度、立体化的跨文化交际能力培养模式。

With the continuous deepening of economic globaliza-tion, higher vocational stu dents＇ intercultural communicative competence is increasingly important. Starting from the demand of intercultural communicative competence in higher vocational education, this paper analyzed the principles of its training, and further explored the multi-dimensional and three-dimensional training model of intercultural communicative competence.
