任务导向法在社区管理与服务高职课程改革中的运用

Application of Task-oriented Method in the Curriculum Reform of Higher Vocational “Community Management and Service”

社区管理与服务是高等职业院校社区服务系物业管理专业的一门专业选修课,强调学生工作过程中实际运用能力的培养。但是在过去的课程教学中以老师为主,只注重理论知识的"填鸭式"传统教学,忽略了学生们作为课堂的主体,使课堂教学与实际工作任务严重脱节,不能满足学生日后就业和公司对人才的需求。本文针对高等职业教育的现状,以任务导向教学法为应用,在教学课程的定位、课程设计以及教师和学生角色转变等方面进行了改革,取得良好的效果。

＂Community Management and Service＂ is a profes-sional elective for property management major of community de-partment in higher vocational colleges, emphasizing the cultiva-tion of students, practical application ability in the working pro-cess. But in the past curriculum teaching, the teacher plays the main role and the traditional＂chalk and talk＂teaching of theo-retical knowledge is the only focus, which neglects students, sub-jective role in the classroom, and severely disconnects classroom teaching and practical working tasks, failing to meet the future employment and enterprise needs for talents. In view of the cur-rent situation of higher vocational education, based on the appli-cation of task-oriented approach, this paper implemented a re-form on curriculum positioning, curriculum design, and the transformation of the teacher and students, roles, and favorable effect has been achieved.
