随着国家和社会对高等教育的重视,思想政治教育工作成为高校最重视的教育内容之一。高校辅导员的思想政治教育工作直接关系大学生对思想政治的观念认识和理论学习,辅导员在思想政治教育中发挥重要的作用。本文将针对高校辅导员思想政治教育工作中存在的一些问题,进行深入分析,并提出相应的对策。

Much importance has been attached to higher educa-tion by the country and society, so ideological and political edu-cation work has become one of the important contents for univer-sities. The ideological and political education work of university counselors directly concerns university students＇ concept recog-nition and theory learning in ideological and political education. In view of some problems existing in the ideological and political education work of university counselors, this paper made an in-depth analysis and proposed corresponding countermeasures.
