高职教学质量监控与评价主体刍议

摘要 在国家大力发展职业教育的宏观指引下,近年来,高职教育得到了长足的发展,在数量扩张的同时,其教育教学质量也日益受到社会的关注,各高职院校建立了教学质量监控评价体系,然而多数职业院校的教学质量监控与评价体系存在着评价主体单一,第三方评价主体缺位等问题,如何引入独立于学校之外,包括政府、行业企业、用人单位、中介评价机构、学生家长等的第三方评价,构建全方位、立体式的教学质量监控评价体系方面尚存在很大的提升空间。 Guided by the national policy of developing higher vo-cational education, higher vocational education has achieved great progress in recent years. In addition to the expansion in number, its education and teaching quality has also been given more and more social attention, so higher vocational colleges have established monitoring and evaluation system for teaching quali-ty. However, in the monitoring and evaluation systems for teach-ing quality in many vocational colleges, the evaluation subjects are single and the evaluation subjects are absent. In order to con-struct a three-dimensional system, the third-party evaluation in-dependent from colleges should be introduced, including the government, industries and enterprises, employers, intermediary evaluation agencies, and students' parents.
