摘要 数控加工技术已经普遍应用于各企业的机械制造。数控铣床技术的应用,是未来工厂自动化的发展趋势,所以数控技术人才也越来越紧俏,各职业学校的数控学员也越来越多。数控技术的教学不仅要注重理论知识的巩固,更要注重实践能力的培养。本文分析了目前职业学校数控铣床教学中存在的问题,并提出了数控铣床实践教学改革的措施,注重教学中的实训实效,对以后职业学校的数控铣床教学有一定的启示。 NC machining technology has been widely used in the machinery manufacturing. the application of CNC milling ma-chine technology is the future development trend of factory au-tomation, so the demand for talents of numerical control technol-ogy is also increasingly tight, and NC participants in vocational schools are also more and more. Numerical control technology teaching should not only focus on the consolidation of theoretical knowledge, but also pay attention to the cultivation of practical a-bility. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of CNC milling machine in vocational schools, and puts forward reform measures of practice teaching, paying attention to the training effectiveness in teaching, which is of certain enlighten-ment to the future teaching of CNC milling machine in vocational schools.
