摘要
每年寒暑假是许多在校大学生期盼的"黄金时期",假期里可以休闲放松,也可学习充电,完善自我,因此假期选择留校的大学生日益增多。然而,传统假期留校学生管理工作却存在一些"盲区",学校应改进工作机制,在人员经费上予以支持,社会资源上予以引入,管理模式上予以创新,切实考虑学生之所需所想,为学生提供良好的管理和服务,助其提升假期的含"金"量。
Winter and summer holidays are the"golden time"ex-pected by many university students, as they can relax or improve themselves during holidays, so the number of university students remaining at university on holidays is increasing. However, there are some"blanks"in their management, so the university should improve the working mechanism, provide financial support, in-troduce social resources, innovate management models. The uni-versity should feasibly consider what students concern, and pro-vide them with good management and service, increase the quali-ty of their holidays.
