Max's Justice Theory and its Practical Implications

"马克思与正义"是一个当代的问题,它的提出与中国社会改革对公平、正义的呼唤是密不可分的,因而马克思正义思想的当代意义也凸显为一个无法回避的焦点议题。与自由主义的市民社会正义相比,马克思厘定的人类社会正义是一个包含多个层次、内涵极其丰厚的立体概念。这决定了他的正义思想不仅有其独特的当代性意义,而且这种意义会在多个面向上得以昭显。不过,我们今天研究马克思主义正义理论,不能只是满足于在哲学史的层面上单向度地证立马克思正义思想的当代意义,而应本乎不断变化的现实来予以探索。
