摘要
本文首先从国内生产总值运行情况、三大需求运行情况、结构调整、经济增长动力等四个方面分析了中国当前的宏观经济形势,指出中国经济下行压力所面临的内外环境。在此基础上提出了国家宏观调控经济的新思路,并提出了2014年政府宏观调控经济工作的新抓手:深化改革、扩大开放,突出服务消费,激励民间投资,发展区域经济带,城镇化三个"一亿人"。最后对2014年第二季度宏观经济形势进行了整体预测。
The paper first analyzes China's current macroeconomic situation in the aspects of GDP performance,three major demands,structural adjustment and economic growth momentum,points out the internal and external environment of downward pressure on China's economic growth and on this basis puts forwards new ideas on national macroeconomic regulation and control. It comes up with new measures of 2014 government work for macroeconomic regulation and control: deepening the reform and opening up wider to the outside world; highlighting service consumption; encouraging private investment; developing new regional economic belts; and focusing on three tasks,each concerning100 million people. At the end of the paper,it provides an overall forecast for China's macroeconomic situation in the 2nd quarter of 2014.
