摘要
本文运用多元线性回归模型对流动女性职业地位及其影响因素进行分析,研究结果表明,流动女性的职业地位普遍不高。本研究所构建的流动女性职业地位获得的理论模型具有较强的解释力,受教育程度、是否掌握专业技能、成就动机、社会网络规模、社会网络顶端、进城务工时长、到过的打工地区数等是影响流动女性职业地位获得的主要因素。
Using the data collected by the investigation of "the occupation development conditions of the migrants", analysis the migrant women' s occupational status and its influencing factors.The study found that the migrant women's occupational status is low.By the multiple regression estimation and analysis, test the theoretical hypothesis.The results show that theoretical models constructed in this study has an explanatory power, educational level, if mater professional skills, achievement motivation, social network' s scale, social network' s apex, the migrant working duration, the number of working regions are the main influencing fac- tors of the migrant women' s occupational status attinment.Then ivew of these, this article put forward the countermeasures to promote the migrant women' s occupational status.
