"两带一路"区域开发开放战略是参与国际区域分工协作的重大举措,是实现国内真正意义全面开放的新决策。在"两带一路"新格局中,重庆面临着新的机遇,需要重新定位。重庆要布局如下战略:在通道层面上建设综合交通枢纽,在培育发展动力上深化全面改革和创新,在可持续发展要求上强化生态环境保护,在基础工作上打造最优的创业宜业环境。
The regional development strategy of ＂Two Belt and One Road＂ is an important measure to participate in international and regional cooperation, and is also a new decision at the true meaning of a comprehensive open. In the new pattern of ＂Two Belt and One Road＂, Chongqing is facing a new opportunity, and need to redefine its position. Chongqing should layout the strategies as follows： construct comprehensive transport hub at the channel level, deepen the comprehensive reform and innovation in the development of power, strengthen environmental protection to realize sustainable development, and create the best business and appropriate business environment.
