非营利组织微博采纳行为分析——基于中国基金会的实证分析

摘要 本研究基于组织创新理论对非营利组织领域内的微博采纳行为进行分析建模,探究组织规模、组织IT资源、组织理事会大小、组织策略及组织外部环境依赖对非营利组织微博采纳行为的影响。通过对中国基金会资产排名前200名的组织的实证分析表明,员工数越多、具有组织网站、采取筹款策略及收入更多依赖外部捐赠的非营利组织采纳微博的意愿更强。
