Survey and Thinking of Marx's Theory Accomplishment for Grass-Roots Party Members and Cadres——A Case Study in S County as the Center

基层党员比重大,部分党员理论素养不高的主要是因为学习和研读的不足,思想教育的不力和西方思潮的传入等。因此,提高基层党员干部马克思主义理论素养,首先要在基层党员干部中普遍开展马克思主义教育活动;其次,形成长效机制;最后,坚定理想信念。

The grass-roots party members account for a large proportion, but the whole quality is low. It is mainly because of the lack of learning and reading, ineffective ideological education, and the introduction of Western thoughts. Therefore, in order to improve Marx＇s theory accomplishment for the grass-roots party members and cadres, firstly, Marx＇s educational activities in the grass-roots party members and cadres are widely launched; secondly, the long-term mechanism is formed; finally, the ideal faith is firmed.
