摘要
提出一种新的定量分析方法可用于对大批量生产、定制生产和大批量定制生产等生产模式的描述、比较和分析。并将该方法用于一具体的简化例子 ,说明了实现大批量定制生产的 2种基本方法 :定制点的后移和模块化生产在降低产品成本方面的显著作用。
In the paper, a new quantitative analysis method has been put forward. This method can be used for the description, comparison and analysis for the mass production, customization production and mass customization production.Through a practical example, two basic methods of the mass customization, which are the back-moving of the customer order decoupling point and the modularization, are illustrated. At the end of the paper, an example from an actual system is given. All of these showed, the quantitative analysis method is valuable for the appraisement of mass customization.
