Intelligent Industry Architecture

在制造业信息化和市场竞争激烈化、全球化的背景下 ,提出智能工业体系的概念。它是在信息高速公路的支撑下 ,将工业宏观环境因素和制造资源等信息在统一的平台上加以集成 ,以最优化地支持工业项目从立项到运行的全过程。给出了智能工业体系的总体结构 ,对其集成性与智能性的需求和特点进行了分析 ,提出了建设和运行智能工业体系的几个关键问题。

Whether an industrial project would be successful depends greatly on its original decision before it runs. In this paper, the concept of Intelligent Industry Infrastructure is proposed under the background of manufacturing informationalization and market competition being more intensive. Supported by the information highway, the Intelligent Industry Infrastructure provides an information environment that integrates the macro economy and industry facts and manufacturing resource information to optimize the whole life of an industrial project. The outline of Intelligent Industry Infrastructure is presented and the characteristics of its integration and intelligence are analyzed. Some key problems on building the Intelligent Industry Infrastructure are presented.
