优质的教学信息服务是开放大学教学质量的基础保证,要学习和借鉴英国开放大学的成功经验,结合我国开放大学的教育特点,通过明确教学信息服务思路、加强课程教学资源开发管理、建立教学信息服务体系、增强教学平台功能等途径,全面提升开放大学教学信息的服务质量。

High-quality service of teaching information is the basic guarantee of the teaching quality in the open university. Considering the characteristics of education in open universities in China, we should learn from the successful experience of the Open University of UK, by making clear the service concept of teaching information, strengthen the development and management of teaching resource, establish the service system of teaching information, and enforce the function of teaching platform, so as to improve the service quality of teaching information in the open university
