摘要
高校各级办公室工作具有传达信息、沟通协调、辅助等重要的作用。提高办公室工作的效率,为高校工作尽好服务是当前高校管理工作的重要内容。办公室工作需要通过抓住重点、简化程序、科学管理、规范传达、前后照应、注意效果来提高信息传达的质量和效率;通过提高素质、培养信心、学习技巧、灵活应用、注重方法,增强魅力等方法来提高沟通协调的技巧和艺术;同时分清主次,强化管理、责任到人,注重鼓励、提升水平,促进效率来提高辅助教学工作的深度和广度。
The university's office work is very important in conveying information, communication and coordination. Improving the efficiency of office work and doing good service for college work are the important parts of university management. Office work needs to improve the quality and efficiency of information transmission through focusing on the key points, simplifying procedures, applying scientific man- agement and standardized communication, caring forward and backward, paying attention to the effect; to improve communication and coordination skills and artistic through improving quality, developing confidence, learning skills, flexible application, focusing on methods and enhancing the charm; to increase the depth and breadth of auxiliary teaching work through sorting out the major and the minor, strengthening management responsibility to each person, giving more encouragement, improving the level and promoting efficiency.
