摘要
教学是一项"伦理道德的事业"。教学不仅是一种"教学认识"活动,也是一种"至善"的事业。相同价值序列和不同价值序列的教学伦理之间会产生各种冲突,冲突的解决一般要经过几个相互密切联系的阶段,唯有在"教学至善"目标指引下,教学伦理冲突的解决才能有利于学生的健康成长,有利于教师的专业发展。
Teaching is a career of ethics. It is not only a behavior of teaching knowledge but also a career pursuing excellence. Teaching ethics might trigger conflict between different value series which needs several interrelated stages to solve. Only under the guidance of excellent goal of teaching can these conflicts be solved and enhance students' learning and teachers' development.
