问题管理研究的文献计量分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Studies on Management by Problem in China

通过对CNKI数据库检索到的1984~2012年发表的问题管理文献计量分析后发现：问题管理是一种来自实践、在实践驱动下发展起来的实践派理论；是跨学科、跨专业，应用广泛、特色鲜明的新兴理论。2000年起问题管理文献总体上呈增长趋势。在学术层面，问题管理理论体系初步形成；在实践层面，实务界自发应用、自发研究问题管理的积极性较高，已在多个行业得到应用，并形成了一些深化、细化或专题性研究成果。

Based on CNKI ＂Chinese Journal Full-text database＂, literature metrology is used to statistically analyze and evaluate on papers of management by problem from 1984 to 2012. The biblio- metric results indicate that management by problem is a theory not only coming from practice but also driven by practice. It is a new, interdisciplinary and extensively applied practice-oriented management theory. Since the year of 2000, the quantities of papers addressing management by problem theory have been increasing continually. From the perspective of disciplinary analysis, management by prob- lem theory now is at the stage of initial formation. As for the industrial practice, the practitioners study and apply the theory of management by problem spontaneously, which leads to a lotof deepen, refine and thematic achievements.
