Based on the theory of allocation of entrepreneurship put forward by Baumol, this stud- y proposes the research framework of "allocation of entrepreneurship-internal equilibrium & equilibri- um between enterprises-enterprise performance" to analyze the allocation of productive and non-pro- ductive activities within the co-opetition relationship among enterprises related. The campaign of " Wang laoji" between Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Holding Limited and JDB was selected as the case for further research. How the allocation of entrepreneurship affects the internal equilibrium and equilibrium between enterprises in the process of cooperation and competition was explored. The major find- ings include. (1)Given resource constraints, optimal allocation ratio will result the internal equilibrium in case marginal revenue of productive activities, non-productive activities and the proportion of these two activities equal 0. (2)Different states of internal equilibrium will lead to three levels of equilibrium between enterprises, high-level equilibrium, low-level equilibrium and imbalance. Finally, it is con- cluded that enterprises must collaborate with other enterprises to maintain a high level equilibrium while seeking internal equilibrium in order to achieve long-term growth of enterprise performance.
