摘要
采用实验的研究方法,以制造业新产品开发小组成员为研究对象,模拟FFE阶段的情境,分析不同类别的团队异质性对个人创造力的影响,以及开放性人格对其关系的调节效应和沟通意愿对其关系的中介效应。研究表明,部门异质性、认知模式异质性和性别异质性对个人创造力均具有正向影响。其中,部门异质性与个人创造力的影响是受到开放性人格调节的。此外,性别异质性通过影响团队间的沟通意愿,进而正面影响个人创造力。
Using employees in manufacture companies' R&D team as subjects and simulating the context of Fuzzy Front End Phase, this study will analyze the impact of different categories ' group diversity on individual creativity, and the moderate effect of Openness to Experience personality and the mediate effect of communication intention between them. The results show functional diversity, cognitive diversity, and gender diversity positively impact on individual creativity. Among them, Openness to Experience personality moderated the relationship between functional diversity and individual creativity. And, communication intention is the mediating variable between gender diversity and individual creativity.
