国内学界关于西方民主输出的研究综述

An Overview on the Western Democracy Exporting Research of China Academic Circles

我国学界对西方民主输出研究主要从四个层面展开:一是民主输出的根源,包括民主输出的文化根源、自身实力与国际环境、民主输出的理论基础;二是民主输出的历史和实质,包括民主输出的历史、民主输出的目的;三是民主输出的实践,包括民主输出的模式、民主输出的策略、民主输出的后果和民主输出的走向;四是民主输出与中美关系,包括民主输出对中国国家安全构成威胁、民主输出使中美关系在曲折中发展。我国学界对西方民主输出的研究具有理论与实践结合、重点关注美国的民主输出、多学科交叉研究等特点,并呈现出进一步研究西方民主输出与中国意识形态安全的关系、关注美国重返亚太后对中国的民主输出及西方加强对中国民主输出背景下的中国外交关系三个发展趋势。

The research on western democracy exporting in China has primarily focused on the following four perspectives：first, the origin and theoretical principles of democracy export including its cultural roots, the im-portance of states’ capabilities and theoretical basis; second, the historical development and objectives of de-mocracy export;third, practices of democracy export in terms of its types, tactics, impacts and trends;fourth, the role of democracy export in Sino-US relations and its threats to the national security of China and challenges to a healthy bilateral relationship. Domestic research on Western democracy export has the following three fea-tures：it emphasizes the combination of theories and practices, focuses on democracy export of the US and em-ploys a multidisciplinary approach to the research. Furthermore, the literature review shows that there are three trends for furthering the research, including the relationship between Western democracy export and China’ s ideology security, democracy export of the US since its pivot to the Asia-Pacific, and China’ s response to it un-der the new circumstances.
