基于文化心理学的矿难边际成因探讨

Discussion on Marginal Causes of Coalmine Disasters Based on Cultural Psychology

近年来,我国矿难频发态势已得到遏制,百万吨死亡率低位徘徊,但与欧美矿业大国相比仍属矿难大国。文章针对新时期矿难始终遏而不止的深层次内因进行了文化心理学分析,通过梳理心理和文化互构与从业人员对文化刺激内在固有解释间的关系,阐述了以此为基础表现出来的符合该文化所规定的行为反应模式对矿难的催化作用,并从人的社会属性视角归纳了诱发矿难的隐性因素。研究认为,制度和技术设备层面的防范基本到位后,遏止矿难的重点要转向人文社会因素。

The situation of China coalmines disaster has been significantly ameliorated in recent years and the death rate per million tons has been very low. However, China is still a country of mine disasters that happen frequently today, much higher compared with Europe and America. In this paper, we used cultural psychology to analyze the deep internal cause of frequent occurrence of coal mine disasters in new era and explored the relationship between the cultural stimulation and mutual construction of psychological and cultural. Furthermore, we also summarized the recessive factor of induced coal mine disaster from the social nature of man. Our study highlights the importance of cultural factors in the preventing coal mine dis-aster.
