交联溴化丁基橡胶与聚乙烯的共混研究 被引量:1

摘要 为有效利用交联溴化丁基橡胶边角料,制备了具有较好加工性能的聚乙烯/交联溴化丁基橡胶共混物。研究了共混温度、共混时间、橡塑质量比以及相容剂用量对共混物力学性能的影响。结果表明:当共混温度为120℃,共混时间为8min,交联溴化丁基橡胶/聚乙烯质量比为1:5,相容剂氯化聚乙烯含量为7%,硫化温度175℃时,可获得拉伸强度为4.7MPa、断裂伸长率为218%的共混胶料。 In order to make the most out of the leftover bits and pieces of crosslinked bromobutyl rubber,excellent processing performance blends are prepared by blending the crosslinked bromobutyl rubber with polyethylene.This paper examines the factors which might produce an influence on the mechanical properties of admixture,such as the blending ratio of the crosslinked bromobutyl rubber and polyethylene,the blending temperature and time.Results indicate that the optimal blending conditions are that when the mass ratio of the polyethylene/brominated butyl rubber is 1:5,the percentum of consistent reagent chlorinated polyethylene is 7%,the blend temperature is 120℃,the blend time is 8min,and the curing temperature is 175 ℃,and blending rubber can be obtained with 4.2MPa for its tensile strength and 218%for its elongation at break.
