基于“卓越工程师计划”的地方高校土木工程专业实践教学研究

Practical Teaching of Civil Engineering in Local Universities Under “Distinguished Engineers Training Program”

以应用型"卓越工程师培养计划"为要求,阐述了地方高校土木工程专业现有实践教学存在的不足,提出"卓越工程师培养计划"应与土木工程专业理论及实践教学有机结合,探讨了加快"双师型"师资队伍建设,加强校企合作不断完善校外实践基地建设,充分利用校外资源强化学生实践能力培养等几方面的实践教学改革思路。

Based upon the practical requirements for＂distinguished engineers training program＂,this paper describes the deficiencies of teaching practice of civil engineering in the local universities,and suggests that it is necessary to seamlessly combine the＂distinguished engineers training program＂and the professional theory of the civil engineering and teaching practice.Moreover,the major solutions to speed up the＂double type＂teachers construction,the enhancement of university-enterprise cooperation and improvement of practical ability by making full use of the resources outside the campus for teaching practice reform are discussed in detail.
