大型体育场馆余裕空间利用研究

Research on Large Stadiums Residual Space Utilization

采用文献资料和实地调查等方法就大型体育场馆余裕空间的利用问题进行了研究。认为余裕空间在利用中应遵循功能互补、适度商业化与多元化方面的要求。国内场馆余裕空间的利用现状表现在绝大多数场馆得到利用,利用形式多元、部分场馆对余裕空间利用重视程度不够、利用方式较为单一、被动利用,效果欠佳、封闭式管理和场馆设计与管理缺乏沟通不利于余裕空间利用等方面。提出场馆应融入城市公共空间,避免封闭式管理、空间利用方案融入场馆设计方案,适度拓展余裕空间,对场馆进行复合化设计、适度多元利用,充分发挥功能聚焦效应、充分利用现代建筑技术,提高余裕空间利用率、采取多种经营方式,重视余裕空间运营等促进场馆余裕空间利用的建议,为场馆余裕空间充分利用和赛后运营提供参考。

With the methods of documents and field investigation, this paper analyzed utilization of residual space in large stadiums. It considered that functional complementation, moderate commercialized and diversification shall be observed in residual space utilization. Most of stadiums are utilized in diversified forms in China. But some stadiums not take residual space utilization seriously enough and in a single, passive and unsatisfied way. Closure management, poor stadiums design and lack of communication are not good to residual space utilization. This paper suggested that stadiums should blend into urban public space, avoid closure management, mix space utilization plan into design proposal, enlarge residual space properly, composite design, utilize diversification, exert function focusing effect, use modem architectural technology, increase utilization rate, adopt various management models, take much account of operation. It hoped to provide a reference for residual space utilization of stadiums and post game operation.
